1. Delivery Information
At Dukoon Dubai, we aim to deliver your favorite fragrances quickly and securely.
- Delivery Time: Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 1–3 business days.
- International Shipping: We currently deliver to selected countries. Delivery times vary between 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details.
- Delivery Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your delivery location and order weight.
2. Returns Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The seal, wrapping, or perfume box must not be broken.
- The item must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used perfumes.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
